Presented by Pignose Industries:

These all-hand-wired tube amps are on the way and we are taking orders. For information call Howard at 800-974-4667. We will put up a shopping link when we have the first shipment in hand. These amps are designed by America’s eminent tube amp designer Dennis Kager who, sadly, recently passed away. His last project was perfecting the amp with his name on it. The Kager K50-15 has been in design and QC prototype stages for over five years! His son Dennis Junior has stepped up to watchdog the quality and performance of his dad’s legacy amp. Dennis Jr worked at his father’s famous New Jersey repair and design shop and he is a working musician with deep experience in quality tube guitar amps.

Watch this page for updates on availability, articles about Dennis Kager “America’s Jim Marshall” and testimonials about the new amp.

Howard Chatt at Pignose and Dennis have been friends for 30 years. Dennis Kager sadly passes away recently after giving the final blessing to his signature amp.

[ Note: Dennis Kager worked for Ampeg in the 70s, he consulted on amps and projects for Mesa Boogie, Fender, Yamaha, Saldano and Tone King. He created Sundown amps. He also created the Pignose tube amps in the 1980s. He ran Central New Jersey Repair Company and he personally fixed and hot-rodded amps for many touring guitarists. He truly is the unsung hero of American tube amps. ]
